The space
Our two story penthouse is 700 square feet, located right on Cancun beach, with a sweeping view of the turquoise ocean. Features fresh paint, new bedding, kitchen appliances, 65 inch smart TV, and all the accessories to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen includes a cooktop, microwave, pots, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, blender and a mini fridge.

You are also located in the most popular area of the hotel zone with the most concentration of restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Coco Bongo Beach club can be seen from your balcony and is open Monday – Friday 2pm-6pm. It’s also occasionally open on Friday and Saturday evenings. The music can be heard. Note hours are subject to change during Spring Break in March.

We also have a nice pool, featuring a kiddie section and a small bar and restaurant that serves delicious Pina Coladas.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property and also direct access to the beach. Literally just walk out of the lobby and onto the sand!

Our pool features umbrellas, sun bathing lounge chairs and a restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and great frozen drinks.

Free parking onsite.
Additional notes
Guests must wear bracelets that are provided upon registering for security reasons. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Our front desk is open 24 hours a day and can assist with requests and maintenance issues.
