♦ Coco Bongo Beachclub is located next door and is open Monday -Friday 2pm – 6pm and occasionally on Friday and Saturday nights. The music can be heard from inside to condo during these hours. Hours are subject to change during Spring Break in March.
♦ You will be provided with a wristband to wear throughout your stay to enter the building. Please note only registered guests with wristbands are allowed on the property for security reasons.
♦ Cancellation terms provide a full refund up to 14 days before your check in date. See Hurricane policy.
♦ Let me know if you are celebrating an anniversary or birthday and I can arrange decorations, cake, etc at an additional charge.
Guest accessGuests have access to all common areas including the pool and poolside restaurant/bar, beach access through the lobby and patio facing the beach.

Early Check In: It's possible for you to check in early, however it depends on how quickly housekeeping can finish cleaning the room. If not the front desk can hold your bags and you can explore the area. There are MANY things to do within walking distance,

Neighborhood overviewLOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This is one of the truly unique features of the penthouse. You are surrounded with modern conveniences, restaurants entertainment, shopping AND the beach!

Step out onto the beach from our lobby after picking up your free beach towel from the front desk.
In our parking lot there is an Alamo Rental car location and a 7-11 convenience store.
Walk 1/2 block to The Forum, on your right, where you will find 30 stores and restaurants including Sr. Frogs, Coco Bongo, Fat Tuesday', Souvenir Shops, an AMAZING Food Court Upstairs.
Coco Bongo Beach Club is located next door and is open 2pm - 6pm. Occasionally it is open on Friday and Saturday nights and you will be able to hear the music.
Getting aroundThere is an Alamo Rental Car Location in our parking lot. Once you book I will send you a digital guidebook that describes how to get 50% off of your reservation. Also, it includes transportation options from the airport.
