- Smoking on balcony

The Salvia is very strict about only allowing registered guests onto the property. Once you check in you will be provided with a wrist band that you must wear to gain entry into the building.

There is a maximum number of people per room. Please make sure the number of guests is accurate when you make the reservation.

If it does not match, you could be turned away, especially if you exceed the number of people per room.

The space
The suite has two bedrooms and two private bathrooms with a kitchen and everything you need to cook simple meals including a fridge, stovetop, coffee machine, microwave, glasses, silverware, kitchen utensils, cleaning service every other day.

The first bedroom has two queen beds, a wrap around balcony with views of Cancun Beach for miles. The room also has the kitchen and a bathroom.

The second bedroom has one queen bed and a pull out sofa bed.

All of the condos are individual owned. The building is very well maintained and secure with guards 24 hr per day.
Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the condo including beach access. You will be provided with a wristband to wear throughout your stay to enter the building.

Umbrellas are available to rent on the beach. The front desk provides free beach towels to guests. Free Wi-Fi is available as well as high speed for $5/day.
Guest interaction
Guests will check in at the 24hr front desk.
Neighborhood overview
There are tons of restaurants, bars and shopping all within one block of the condo. Also within walking distance is an amazing supermarket where you can stock up on food, toiletries, beverages and even grab a bite to eat.
Getting around
There is an Alamo Rental Car Location in the parking lot of the condos. This makes it very easy to rent a car (do this online) and turn it back in. Parking is free.
